The website of the Educational Book and Media Association (EBMA) is intended for use by its members and by professional educators.

Collection of personal information
The EPA only collects personal information, voluntarily submitted, from visitors over 18 years old.We invite these visitors to sign our guestbook so that they may receive special offers, free catalogs and other pertinent information for using books in the classroom or library from our distributor and publisher members. We will not make these names available to other organizations.

Children's privacy
From time to time, a student emails us with a question regarding the author biographies posted on our site.We will respond directly on a one-time basis to a child's specific request, but we do not keep or collect email addresses from these queries.

Links to other sites
Visitors will find links from our site to independently owned, controlled and/or managed World Wide Web or Internet sites whose content we have found of possible interest to our visitors. While we initially visit these sites to which we directly link, please note that we do not monitor or control the content that appears on these sites and such content may be constantly changing.
